In-Person Meeting

An in-person meeting will be held in your engagement zone to share Table Talks survey results, themes, priorities and next steps.
Appropriate City Department representatives will be present to follow-up on resident issues and concerns raised in your engagement zone. Next steps will be discussed. Collaboration will be key. All are welcome.

City Determines Next Steps

The Table Talks team and City Staff will review all feedback received at the in-person meeting and determine how best to address the issues and concerns that were raised by residents within the engagement zone.

Second In-Person Meeting

The purpose of this second in-person meeting will be to evaluate possible actions the City can take to address what is important to residents. These conversations will focus on prioritizing what we've heard so far. All are welcome.

Final Report & Action Plan

The Table Talks team will develop an action plan that responds to what we've heard during the survey and in-person meetings. The action plan will identify priorities the City will address.
A final report to complete the Table Talks initiative in your engagement zone will be shared.
